In addition to the obvious signs that occur when the term is near , there are a few other ways to tell in advance that you are going to give birth and you need to start getting ready.

Early signs that you  are about to give birth

During the last weeks of your pregnancy, your body begins to give you signs that your baby is coming.

  1. Your pelvis changes. A few weeks before you are about to give birth, your baby begins to move downward in the pelvis. The child is getting ready to go out into the world . You will know when this happens because you will feel the need to urinate often. This is because the baby’s head puts pressure on the bladder.
  2. Your cervix expands. For your baby to come out, your cervix must grow within days and weeks before birth . When you go to doctor times, your doctor should measure your enlargement to see if your body is prepared for childbirth.
  3. You will have abdominal pain and back pain. Especially if this is not your first pregnancy, you will have pain in your abdomen and in the lower part of your back when the birth is about to begin. This is because the muscles and joints stretch in preparation for childbirth.
  4. You may have diarrhea. Like the muscles in the womb, the other muscles in your body will relax as you prepare to give birth. This includes the muscles in your rectum , which can interfere with your bowel movements. Remember to keep yourself hydrated.

  6. You will feel more tired than normal t. In pregnancy last trimester, your nights be a little harder than before. Between the constant urge to urinate and extreme fatigue, it will be difficult to get to bed . If you can not sleep well at night, try to take a nap during the day to make up for it.
